This place is located in a really nice quiet area within walking distance to the city center. The service was great, with daily room cleaning, fresh towels and available room service. The amenities were top-notch: air conditioning, mini-bar, in-room sitting area and a selection of tea and coffee. Plus, the staff were always available and helpful.

I wish the staff had been more welcoming when we arrived and did not insist on seeing our passport. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends for its excellent location and amazing amenities.

The hotel is ideally located, right at the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the city. It is just down the road from the Palladium shopping centre, offering plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The rooms are comfortable and modern, providing a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a lot of selection and the food is lovely.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or issues. One of the best aspects was the daily breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious food options. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the nearby attractions and easily access public transportation.

One of the worst aspects was the lack of hot water for two consecutive days. the communication from the staff about this issue was also lacking, leaving guests in the dark about when the problem would be resolved.

For the price we paid, we got a great value. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the main attractions and with a local feel. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help.
